Arch or Super Arch fenders Foam fenders are an updated version of a V type rubber fender with improved performance and energy absorption and reaction force.
Arch-fender is a popular harbor fender that, with its very strong construction and durable rubber quality, provides formidable protection for harbors against even the largest ships and ferries. The base of this type of fender consists of a steel plate that is hot-vulcanized into the rubber on the fender itself. Mounting holes have been drilled in the steel plate for strong and durable mounting, and can be mounted either horizontally or vertically.
Arch fenders can be installed both horizontally and vertically using bolts. It is also possible to install UHMW panels on the fender to reduce pressure and friction on the ship's hull.

Benefits
Low reaction force, high energy absorption.
Simple and reasonable structure, long service time.
Can be fitted with frontal panel, protect fenders and lower the HP.
Large range of standard sizes, meet various design conditions.
All Fender Service fixed fenders are designed and manufactured according to the international PIANC guidelines for marine fender systems, which constitute the leading global reference for the dimensioning, material requirements and performance of fixed fenders for ports and quay facilities.
These guidelines set the standard for the products in terms of design, material selection, and the performance and load tests that are carried out to ensure operational reliability, long service life, and consistent quality under demanding maritime conditions.
